21 year-old Roanoke passenger dies after drunk driver crashed car
20 year-old Grapevine man charged with intoxication manslaughter after passenger dies.
Dallas, TX (AmericanInjuryNews.com)–The Dallas Morning News reported on Monday a 21 year-old Roanoke passenger was pronounced dead on Sunday night after the driver of the car he was riding in crashed into a brick sign at First Presbyterian Church of Grapevine, Texas. The passenger, Michael Bentley was transported by emergency medical personnel responding to the scene of the car crash to John Peter Smith Hospital where he was determined to have died in the rollover.
The driver and another passenger, reported to be a 19 year-old female, were taken to Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas and treated for non-life threatening injuries. The police department investigators arrested and charged the 20 year-old driver with intoxication manslaughter after he flipped the 2006 ford Focus he was driving on North Park Boulevard on Sunday night.
