The mother of a two year old Houston, Texas boy, Conar Mathew Rose, filed a wrongful death lawsuit in Harris County, Texas against the Vista Bonita Apartment Complex. The apartment complex owner, Nanik Bhagia, was also named in the lawsuit alleging gross negligence resulting in the drowning death of Conar. The defendants are sued for failing to maintain the fence surrounding the pool and unclean pool water allowing for murky water conditions which hindered rescue efforts.
