The blue plastic has been found in three specific Lean Cuisine dinners: Cafe Classics Pesto Chicken with Bow Tie Pasta, Spa Cuisine Chicken Mediterranean and Dinnertime Selects Chicken Tuscan and no reports of injuries have surfaced so far.
