El Paso Texas rollover accident near New Mexico state line

October 28, 2008, El Paso Texas: One vehicle rollover accident took place early Monday morning. According to Northeast El Paso, Texas, emergency dispatchers, an truck accident was reported at 5:25 a.m. The truck wreck occurred on U.S. 54 at the New Mexico and Texas State lines.

According to police reports the driver of a pickup truck rolled over multiple times. The 45-year old male driver was wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident. Officers at the scene are indicating the possibility of a blown tire as the cause of the truck rollover. Emergency medical personnel were dispatched to the scene to find an injured driver with multiple facial lacerations. The male rollover victim was rushed to a hospital and final reports of the victim’s injuries remain unknown.
